It's lovely to see a pic of my birthday cake, which was designed with an image of my little painting of a bird cage. On the evening of my birthday meal in a Greek restaurant I had the lovely surprise of being presented with this cake, which had all been organised and baked without my knowledge. It is a shame that there is no picture of the inside of this cake because it was a really delicious light sponge with a hint of orange and a contreau butter cream centre, it's what I would call a grown up cake. All fifteen guests at my meal had a slice for their desert and there was still plenty to take home, and there were compliments all round about the taste, definitely money well spent! Thank you again, Chloe and the sweet art cakes company.
